Salespeople can then email or call the customer to request an order; once they’ve gotten the go-ahead, they’re able to create and submit a new sales order directly within the app. Users can easily access each customer’s sales order history to make more informed decisions and even move customers to another salesperson if necessary. To ensure fulfilment of sales orders already submitted, you’re able to dictate parameters like order cut-off times that can be enforced on a customer-level.

• Create Call Day Parameters – Each customer can be assigned a “call day” that is coordinated with an actual order shipment day to ensure customers aren’t called too early or too late for a sales order
• Cut-Off Restrictions – For all customers, some or even just one: control whether sales orders can be placed or modified after a specific time
• Responsibility Centers – If you are a larger business with multiple call centers, you’re able to setup separate call plans for different Responsibility Centers in your organization
